POOL & SPORTS COURT PARTY

You can reschedule your party to another available date at no additional cost, or you can use the indoor pool and utilize the Kid's Cove as your party room (indoor access between indoor pool and Kid's Cove room) 

The deposit is half your party total. The remaining balance is due one week before party date.

$100 is nonrefundable.

Parties can be booked outside of regular gym hours.

Decorations are not included in party rate but can be added on for an additional fee.

Decorations can be brought in. Be mindful of the 30 minute set up and breakdown time allotted.

There is ONE wall designated for wall decor. This is the only WALL where you are allowed to hang decor on the wall.

Please be mindful and respectful of the property to help ensure it looks great for all those who come after you. Please avoid using any materials that will leave significant sized holes or that will remove the paint when it is taken down.

Yes, outside food and drinks are welcome.

There is a $50 alcohol fee to bring in any alcohol. *See Question about alcohol*

Yes, alcohol is allowed for people 21 and over.

Please note: GLASS IS POSITIVELY BANNED FROM ALL OUTDOOR AREAS. There is a $200 fine for any glass containers seen outdoors.

Any glass bottles (wine, liquor, etc) MUST remain inside the Beach House AT ALL TIMES.

Only non-glass drinking and serving wear are allowed in any of the outdoor areas.

There is a $200/hour fine for going over your party time.

The fine is an hourly rate, so you will be charged for an entire hour even if it's 15 minutes. 

Yes, one of the two Beach House restrooms has a baby changing station.

Yes, all private packages have access to the stage area.

You can bring in a DJ, live music, or a speaker for your party. 

Yes, we ask that you please don't move them around.

Participants means if it is a child's party, this includes the number of people participating in the party. 

For example:

A parent in the pool with a child who needs assistance does not count as a participant. An older sibling of a child invited to the party but who is not participating in the activities (swimming, basketball, soccer, etc) does not count as a participant; however, a sibling of a child invited to party who is also participating in the party will count as a participant. 

No, the birthday child stays and swims for free.
