My name is Shedrick Davis but I like to go by "Shed". Welcome to Rehab, Restore, and Recover training!
My purpose in your life is to help rehab, restore, and recover your mind, body, and spirit. Without a change from within the body, the outside will never see its full potential. This is something I practice with my youth/sports players as well as my seasoned folks.
Getting the body to understand self healing with natural herbs and change of diet is the main secret to tapping into itself.
I've played sports from little league to professional, so the phrase "Don't stop!" really doesn't stop repeating in my mind! Becoming a warrior of self takes focus and discipline.
My style of training is diverse! HIT, patience, controlled explosive, balance, core, flexibility, self-control, stillness, growth. These are just a few of the skills and training styles I incorporate into my workouts.
